The machine produces a SMACNA standard T-25a flange. It uses 2.75” of material to produce. The duct wall thickness determines the pressure class rating and the addition of reinforcing rods, which are based on the SMACNA pressure calss charts as well.
As far as mm width of the flange, currently only used for DM35 for ducts requiring a loose flange/frame. A calliper measure was put on a flange off coil line and where it measured 36mm.
